What do I do if I need to send my Mag into Airgun Designs for repair?

Please call us BEFORE you send your ‘Mag to us! Calling first gives us the chance to take care of the following: Maybe you don’t really need to send your ‘Mag in. Maybe we can help you by sending you some parts. We need to issue a Return Authorization number for the repair work to be done. We WILL NOT accept a package that comes in without a Return Authorization number written on the outside of the package. Please call our Tech Support department at (847) 520-7225 if you’re having a problem with your ‘Mag and think you might need to send it in for repair.
