What do I do if I make a mistake in transmitting my creditor matix?
Attorneys have only one opportunity to attach and transmit the matrix electronically. If a mistake is made, the filer will be required to pay a $26 amendment fee and must comply with Local Bankruptcy Rule 1009-1(d) to obtain an amendment of the matrix. (Bankruptcy -> Other -> Amendment to Schedules D, E or F (fee). When prompted in the event, state that the matrix is being amended. Attorneys cannot enter a new matrix through cm/ecf — only the court can do this.
