What do I do if I lose the SecurID token device?
Contact the Service Desk (on 1800 198 175) and request a new token device. There is a charge of $200 for replacement of a token device. This charge is to cover the cost of replacing the device and the administrative costs incurred in setting up and configuring the new device. You will need to have the relevant Manager (and cost centre delegate) sign-off on the request. For further information, click here.
