What do I do if I have problems sending email to teachers through ParentCONNECT?
When you click on a teacher’s name, the “Send Email” screen will open. Make sure that your correct email address is displayed in the “FROM” box. ALso, make sure that you have selected a valid email program in the Internet Options on your computer. (Go to your Windows desktop, click the “Start” button then choose “Settings” — “Control Panel” — “Internet Options”.
