What do I do if I get a parking ticket while using the Parkmobile system?
Parkmobile works closely with cities and other parking authorities, but we don’t ticket cars. If you get a parking ticket when you use the Parkmobile system, contact the city or parking company. You’ll have documented evidence that you paid for your parking. You can download your Parkmobile page that shows your paid parking sessions, and contact the ticket issuer directly. (You might even get an apology.) Just so you know, the system updates information in real-time so you’re less likely to get an erroneous ticket with Parkmobile.
Parkmobile works closely with cities and other parking authorities, but we don’t ticket cars. If you get a parking ticket when you use the Parkmobile system, send an email to helpdesk@parkmobileglobal.com. If you are ticketed in an area which requires you to contact the authorities directly, we will give you the information you need if you don’t already have it. Alternatively, if you are ticketed in an area where the operator prefers we work with them on your behalf, we will need to get the necessary information from you to proceed. You’ll have documented evidence that you paid for your parking, and you’ll just need to include the details of your ticket, or better yet, include a scan of the ticket and attach that to your email.
