What do I do if I don’t receive my TransitChek QuickPay Card in the mail?
If you have chosen to receive a TransitChek QuickPay Card, you should receive it approximately one week before your first benefit month begins. To determine when your benefit starts you can either check using your Online Management Account, if you have one set up, or call TransitCenter Customer Service Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you are scheduled to receive the Card and it is less than a week before your benefit is scheduled to begin, you should call Customer Service and request a replacement Card. A Card will be sent to you immediately at no additional cost.
