What do I do if I don’t receive a continuing education certificate from the provider or if my completed continuing education hours are not posted on the TDLR web site?

If you do not receive your course completion certificate within 15 days or the course is not posted at TDLR after seven days of course completion, contact the course provider for resolution. If you continue to have questions, please contact TDLR by e-mail: ce@license.state.tx.us.
