What do I do if I contact a seller in the directory and am told that they are not currently accepting BizX?

Some members have restrictions on the circumstances under which they will accept BizX dollars and may have times when their BizX account is on standby. All such restrictions must be pre-approved by BizXchange and will usually be published in the directory (most current updates can be found online.) If you are refused a sale in the exchange outside of any published restrictions, contact your BizX Account Executive immediately. They may be able to find another source of the product or service you seek. Also, we rely on your feedback to keep the exchange fair, honest and advantageous to all members. We will not tolerate unfair business practices. Members refusing sales will be asked to correct the situation immediately. If a member continues to decline BizX sales, they may have their account status changed by BizXchange, have their trading privileges suspended or may be asked to leave the exchange.
