What do I do if I cant see anyone at the Ski-Lifts meeting point, or can’t find my driver?
In these cases, you should have already received an SMS message upon landing letting you know what is going on. When this hasn’t happened, please contact us and we will let you know their whereabouts. Outside of normal office hours, (weekdays 8am-18:00pm, weekends 6am-22:00pm) please contact the emergency mobile number you will be supplied before departure. We will only deal with enquiries on the emergency mobile number that apply to pre-booked arrivals/departures which are on the same day as the enquiry or before the office opens the next day.
