What do I do if I can access my professors course in Moodle or Blackboard?
• Ask your professor which service they are using for the course and whether the professor has made the course available to students online. • Make sure your registration for that course number and section are confirmed with the registrar. • If the above have been confirmed, asked your professor to contact Customer Services on your behalf (see question below). • As of Summer 2009, Moodle will be the primary course management system at Adelphi. • For additional student Moodle help, go to: Student Moodle Guide.
