What do I do if I am “disqualified” from attending Cuyamaca College?

Any student disqualified from a college within the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District may not attend any college within the District during the next consecutive semester. The student may, however, attend summer intersession. Any student believing to be unjustifiably disqualified may file a petition with the Admissions and Records Office requesting that such disqualification be reconsidered. Students are encouraged to see a counselor for assistance with petitions. To facilitate the official adding of courses prior to the published add deadline, a petition for reinstatement should be submitted no later than ten working days prior to the published add deadline. See the College Catalog “Academic Policies,” Probation and Disqualification”.
