What do I do if a buyer files a chargeback for an unauthorised payment?

0

If a buyer files a chargeback for an unauthorised payment, we place a temporary hold on the funds and email you to let you know. We also ask you to provide proof that you posted the item. As soon as we receive your proof of postage, we determine if the transaction is covered. If it is, we lift the temporary hold and return the funds to you – including the chargeback fee. If it isn’t, we return the funds to the buyer’s account. For more information, please see the terms for Seller Protection.
