What do I do after receiving my Pulo pillow and how can I vary my sleeping positions?
FIRSTLY, please follow the user’s instructions enclosed in your package. Carefully (the SensaSoft material can tear, see 36, so care is needed when handling) unwrap your Pulo pillow and allow it to expand at room temperature until all of its air cells are filled and your Pulo pillow feels soft and flexible. Then hold it up and look at it from one end: You will see a thin slice of material covering the upper surface of your Pulo pillow and this is called the Rider™. If you have bought your Pulo pillow to help you stop snoring or if you find it difficult to sleep on a low pillow, then we generally advise you to use the Rider™. It is lightly attached to the upper surface and you can either gently tear it off and replace it as required, or leave it in position attached by one flap. However, for the first few nights you should sleep on your Pulo pillow with no inserts removed or swapped.
