What do I do after I take the insurance prelicensing course and pass the final exam?

0

Students passing the prelicensing exam will be mailed a certificate of completion with an original instructor signature as required by the NCDOI. The certificate will serve as an admission ticket to the State exam. Upon successful completion of the State exam, students will receive an insurance license that day if all of the screening questions were answered to the NCDOI’s satisfaction. The cost of the State exam is $99. This process is specifically described in the Candidate Guide which students are strongly encouraged to read.
