What do healthcare providers want from pharmaceutical drug companies in order to help them serve multicultural patients?
I concur that most providers want the basic patient education materials above. What they want and what they need may be two different things. Most physicians are not aware that patients, all patients, have difficulty understanding and acting on what physicians tell them. So what physicians need is some sort of awareness building regarding patient’s ability to understand, such as interviews with patients after they have spoken with a physician detailing what the patient thought the physician told them.
