What do guests need to know about maintenance of the house and grounds?
House Maintenance (back to top) The house is managed by Mita Residential. Carlos Mora is responsible for all aspects of the house. He makes sure that guests enjoy their stay at Casa Joya del Mar and Punta Mita. Feel free to call Carlos if you need anything. If you find maintenance items that need attention—a light bulb to change or anything else—please advise Raina and she will attend to it. Pedro, the maintenance supervisor, stops by frequently and he can also address any problems or issues with the house and grounds. Workers may come by to mow the lawn, clean the pool, wash windows and perform other maintenance duties. They are instructed and trained to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
