WHAT DO GLOBAL EAZI BUILD HOME (SIP) PACKAGES CONSIST OF?
EZ-Build Systems, Inc. wood packages consist of three complete components: a sub floor system, a roof system, and a Structural Insulated Panel wall system. The floor system consists of your choice of either pre-engineered wood I-beam floor joists or pre-engineered open web trusses. Also included are ¾” tongue and groove sub-floor sheeting (or AdvanTech), rim joists, and sub-floor adhesive and fasteners. The wall system is typically 6 ½” SIP panels that are pre-chased for electrical wiring, pre-cut for all windows and doors and they come with headers installed. Also included are all your corner screws, top and bottom plates, optional spacer plate and adhesives. Finally, for your roof system, you will be provided with pre-built trusses with energy heels, roof sheathing (OSB or AdvanTech), gable ends with over hangs (where applicable), and heavy duty 30lb roof felt and fasteners.
