What do first page bids mean for mobile ads?
If your ad group only contains mobile ads, the first page bid will estimate the cost-per-click (CPC) bid needed to show an ad on the first page of Google search when used on a mobile device, which has fewer ads than regular Google web search. If your ad group contains a mix of mobile ads and other types of ads, the first page bid acts as normal, estimating the bid needed to show an ad on the first page of Google web search.
