An independent panel of North American transportation, transit and land-use experts reviewed the Regions work and indicated that the Region should be commended for the significant amount of solid technical review and work to date. This creates a strong foundation to understand the feasibility, range of alternatives and implications of the significant community-building investment in rapid transit for Waterloo Region.
