What do Enrichment Leaders do?
Enrichment Leaders serve as academic resources for Native American students within select schools, and may concentrate efforts with students on academic intervention or enhancing basic student skills. Each school is different; therefore, the format and structure of the program is tailor-designed to meet the school and student needs. Current Indian Education Enrichment programs operate in-class or out of class, in small or large group tutoring.
