What do Employers Think of Online Graduate Degrees?
The degree you receive is representative of the training and experience you have had. Most employers are more interested in your training and experience than the institution you attended. They want to know what you can do. Plenty of people graduate, even from the best universities that cannot do what is required of them. Much of an education is what the student puts into it. Students who get training at a career oriented online institution may have better experience than someone who attending an on campus Ivy League institution.
