EMnet customers use the network to convey urgent messages and supporting documentation (reports, photos, information, etc.) within the emergency management community, as well as to create and issue Emergency Alert System (EAS) messages to broadcasters. Our customers also monitor EAS messages issued for the territory they serve as well as the areas surrounding them originated by other organizations such as the National Weather Service.
