Being able to develop and practice coaching skills in an inspiring group of like-minded people give participants an opportunity to learn from other skilled practitioners. It provides a safe environment in which they can try out and improve their coaching skills. The mastery of the peer coaching methodology will give participants the ability to structure a group coaching process in a very practical and effective way. What is the definition of a ‘Case’ A ‘case’ in Peer Coaching is a current or recent issue (personal or professional) presented by one of the members. This ‘case’ is the focus during the session and the Peers will provide different perspectives, ask relevant questions, share and learn from each other through the use of the ‘Case’.
