What do debt consolidation or settlement companies do?
Out of all of the options someone has I feel that these are the most advertised choices but this doesn’t necessarily make them the best. I’m not going to sit here and bash other industries just because I am in a different one. We are all adults and can make our own decisions but I want to make sure you have all of the information before hand so you can feel certain that you have make an educated one and not ones based on information in commercials you see. What exactly is debt consolidation or debt settlement you might ask? I am sure by now you have seen or heard a flood of commercials stating that “fill in the blank” company can settle your credit card debt for pennies on the dollar, or that you can consolidate all of you debt into one easily manageable payment a month.
