Frequently the best space is not currently on the market, and it is Anthony’s business to know of vacancy before it is available. Perform site inspections, market rate comparisons and term comparisons to assure that you received the best price and terms possible. Prepare Letters of Intent (LOI’s) to all applicable landlords once you have decided on one or more facilities.
