What do clowns wear?
Wear bright checkered clothes that are oversized. You may need to go to a thrift store to find this kind of clothing because it went out of style back in the 40’s As far as makeup goes, it up to you. Clowns use the makeup to accentuate their facial features. Start with a blank canvas of white and then use bright colors to outline the features on your face. After that, make it brighter by exaggerating the features by making them bigger. Top it off with a red clown nose and a multicolored wig. If you’re on a tight budget, go to target, get some baggy pants, paint them the color or pattern you need by going to your local craft store and purchasing acrylic paint. Get some suspenders (red ones are great and cheap) and then wear a colorful shirt. Use spray-in hair color and wear a foam ball painted red and cut to fit your nose as the red nose. FYI, make certain you leave enough time for the pants to dry.
