What do clients typically work on with a coach?
In order of priorities the areas identified in the UBC Coaching Pilot and since then are: develop and articulate a career plan, build constructive relationships, build effective teams and improve performance (self and team), create work life balance, improve time management, design and implement a strategic plan and hold the focus. All of these also focus on professional and personal development and communication skills enhancement. Leadership development and continued learning after a training program are key areas where coaching is done.
