Each Spas Relais Sant spa has gone through an accreditation process in order to become a member of the Association. This includes spot inspections carried out by an accredited Spas Relais Sant inspector. Certified Member Spa establishments meet high-quality criteria in order to comply with industry standards. They must also conform to strict standards of practice stated in the Associations restrictive Code of Ethics. This Code of Ethics governs several services offered within the establishment : Therapist training, hygiene, rights and duties regarding clientele, health precautions, mandatory health screenings, etc. By restricting numerous establishments the entry into the Spas Relais Sant Association, we can guarantee and preserve excellence in every member spa.
