What do “blading”, “kayfabe” and “jobber” mean?
I get this question a lot. Check my links page for the URL for a pro wrestling glossary. • Who are all those names I see as writers of the reports? Believe it or not, I used to do Saturday Night, Sunday {Pro}, and Monday Nitro myself every week! That got to be a little much, especially when I began to travel with my job. Over time, readers of the site volunteered to reports and a number of them signed on to do weekly gigs. Some stayed only a few weeks, while The Cubs Fan covered Worldwide for us for over three years straight, right up to the bitter end. (Key word being “bitter”) All the writers did it for fun, and none of them (including me) made a dime off this.
