Although I’m Belgian, I don’t seem to get the exact meaning of your question. I assume you are looking for 1 word. Having said that, Belgium has 3 official languages (though German is only spoken by a minority); leaves us either a Flemish (= very Dutch-like) or a Walloon/French word. Apologies, personally I don’t know that word.
