What do assistant managers at clothing stores (AE, The Buckle, Old Navy, etc…) really make these days??
Old Navy supervisors make between $11-$16 per hour depending on level of experience, store location, cost of living, etc. I have inquired about a supervisor position at my store before, and a supervisor that used to work with me 2.5 years ago told me they were making $13.50/hr, and they had been with the company for a couple of years at the time. Supervisors at O.N. are hourly and cannot get overtime hours (unless approved). Managers are salary, but I’m not sure how much they make. Old Navy stores typically have 1 store manager, 1 assistant mngr, 2 supervisors (depends on the size of the store if the leadership team is larger than this).
