What do architectural engineers consider when building a bridge?

0

Of the many many bridges I have designed, architects have no role in their location, design, etc. EXCEPT for maybe paint selection, integral artwork to be incorporated ON the bridge. The artwork features which are incorporated within the structural elements such as piers, pier caps, etc. are usually designed and laid out by LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS, which are different that regular building architects. The structural engineer decides on the size and location of members.
