What do Americans do on Thanksgiving?
We have a feast of turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, pie, yams, just so much yummy food. Though the food is amazing, it is really about being with friends, family, and helping out others. I know super markets used to (don’t know how much they still do) would have buy one turkey get one free and we’d always donate the free one to a food shelter. We get together and are thankful that we can have such a great meal and so much love. And though I hate football, it is a must….usually going out back an horse around… great day crazy shopping the next day, stores are usually closed thanksgiving because everyone is busy…
