What distribution methods will Jetstar use for the Trade?
Trade Web Site: • A secure web site allowing travel agents to make bookings and changes on line • Accepts most major credit/charge cards and a direct deposit payment option • BSP settlement available in Australia, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand • Monthly statements summarising booking activity distributed via email • Remuneration included in the fare and paid to Jetstar registered agents in the month following booking (AUD 25/passenger segment for PNRs departing Australia); • International fares booked on the Trade Web Site in Australia are AUD 25 more expensive than bookings made via jetstar.com. GDS Connectivity: • Jetstar distributes fares as inventory through our GDS partners, Amadeus, Galileo/Apollo, Sabre, Abacus and Axess (planned for 2006). • Remuneration is included in the fare and paid to Jetstar registered agents (AUD 20 per passenger/segment for international long haul flights). • Payment by BSP • Jetstar participates in BSP in Australia, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore
