With ‘Download’ you have to wait for all the song data to be transferred from the CLUAS web server to your PC before you can listen to it. However, with ‘Play’ you will hear the song while the song data is being transferred from the CLUAS web server. If you choose the ‘download’ option you will have your own copy of the song on your hard disk. You can then listen to the song using this downloaded file when you are off-line. However, if you ‘play’ the song you will have no copy of the song on your hard-disk.
