An operating system recovery/reinstallation disk (when operating system is indicated on the listing) will be included with the system. The recovery/reinstallation disk is not a Microsoft Retail Installation CD. An Owner’s Manual for the system will be loaded as a .PDF file on the hard drive. • Can I customize / upgrade the system I am interested in?
