What discounts/facilities are available for customers with a disability?
– If the customer has a disability that requires them to be accompanied by a helper, a mobility or vision impairment for example, then the helper will be admitted for free when that customer has a paid for ticket. This will need to be arranged by contacting our head office on 01483 454 159 from April 2009 onwards and no later than 2 weeks before the festival. We ask that proof of disability is brought along. – Both the main stage and the 2nd Stage have raised viewing areas. – If you are disabled we will park you in an area close to the main entrance and ticket exchange. Please ask to be directed by the stewards upon entering the site. – We will endeavor to provide you with an easy access into the event with a steward to fast track your entrance.
