I flew with Delta Airlines once from South Korea and everything went very smoothly. The plane was comfortable, with comfortable seats and enough space. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. Hola! Cabo is the most expensive resort in Mexico! So a discount airline is hard to come by. You can go standby,or maybe book something last minute. Almost all the carriers come here. Go onto a cheap tickets dot com or something like that travelocity or expedia to compare fares. You may be able to find a charter airline who flies into Cabo during the tourist season (dec-april). Everything is pretty well full price right now.
