The course has been audited and is working towards compliance with the new disability act introduced in October 2004. There is a disabled toilet on every floor of the Lord Nelson Stand and to the rear of the middle grandstand by the catering concessions. There are two wheelchair-viewing areas alongside the running rail overlooking the track. Carers accompanying disabled racegoers are admitted free of charge.
