Located in the Satellite Student Union, Geronimo’s is a newly remodeled dining hall featuring Cilantro’s Taco & Tostada Bar, Pizzazz Pizza & Pasta, Checker’s Deli, Grill & Greens, Matador Entrees, Flakes Cereal Bar, and Dessert Island. With its wide selection, this food court-style restaurant is the perfect place to feed your hungry students and staff. Meals can be arranged for vegetarians or individuals on special diets.
