Our standard ELISA uses a 1:10,000 dilution of the conjugate in StabilZyme HRP, SELECT, and NOBLE stabilizers. We recommend you first try diluting the HRP conjugate to your normal use concentration. You may consider a small accelerated study to determine that you are getting the stability you need.
