What differs Shamrock Homes from other manufactured home builders?
Answer… Because Shamrock is a small, family-owned company we do not build 40-50 floors per week like other manufacturers. Instead Shamrock builds between 5-7 floors a week, allowing us to make custom changes and use specialty items that would slow down other manufacturers. When designing a house we ask ourselves what we would want if this was our home. Therefore we add ice and water shield on the roof, a sprinkler system in the furnace room, and the highest quality products on the market. We make these “stick-built” features standard in every Shamrock Home we build. Plus, because we build fewer houses then others we take the time to carefully inspect each home to make sure it complies with not only building codes but our own high quality standards.
