Elios Systems has a very different business model than most of the current IT suppliers in the global industry right now. Most practice on bidding on projects and keeping the cost low but not really understanding the overall scope of the project. They provide “top-down” estimates to help keep their quotes low to win a contract. Then when they are actually in the planning and deploy phase of the project realize that they are under funded and come back to the customer for additional funding.
