We currently use the classic TaqMan system which contains the forward and reverse primers plus a specific duel-labeled probe. We also provide the Amplifluor™ Detection System (Serologicals,Inc.) which utilizes a universal dual-labeled probe (Uniprimer) that detects an 18mer proprietary sequence attached to the forward primer, and SYBRGreen.
