Working in a chaordic organization continues to be an experiment and an odyssey into the unknown. No organization knows fully how to be a chaordic organization. It is imagined that one day “everyday management” will be revolutionized and made more harmonious with the well-being of the Earth as people learn how to apply chaordic principles and practices.
