What did you learn along the way at manhattanville college?
While completing my Masters in Marketing at Manhattanville College, I found it helped me to grow in my field and gave me the skills, needed to further in my current role and in my roles in the future. As part of our final thesis we had to perfect our presenting skills and write a paper on a topic of our choice to be discussed and presented to the Dean of the school. I chose to do my thesis on “Conflict Resolution and The Four Social Styles”- Understanding your Social Style can positively affect Employee Engagement and Conflict Resolution in a Business Setting. I found that I was experiencing conflicts at work and wanted to learn how to work through them. While researching to create my paper it taught me survival skills for the business setting and how to deal with people that may have a different social style then myself….
