Based on the information, they thought the property should be valued between $90 and $100 per square foot. We recently learned the DCAD sent an assessment value of $100 per square foot to the Chavez property representative. Therefore, based on the latest information, DCAD value rose from $ 20 per square foot for the tract to $100 per square foot.
