What did tycho Brahe Invent?
He didn’t invent anything. He was an astronomer, and has been described as the last and the greatest of the naked-eye astronomers (ie pre-telescopes). He had an observatory at his castle in Uranienburg (check that spelling) in Denmark, and contributed greatly to the science of astronomy. He also had a gold nose (a bit like Lee Marvin in Cat Ballou), as his real one had been bitten off in a fight. He is reputed to have died because he felt it would be rude to leave the table for a leak whilst dining as a guest of the King of Denmark, and held onto things so long that he ruptured himself.
