What did the Palestinian Authority do to end incitement against Israel?
Under the peace process Oslo agreements, signed by Yasser Arafat on behalf of the Palestinian Authority (PA), the Palestinians are committed to eliminating violence against Israel and the incitement that feeds it. The PA itself is obligated to refrain from incitement against Israel and is obligated to take measures to prevent others from engaging in it.
