What did nazis believe about the jews?
My father always said the only stupid question is the one you already know the answer to. There were different thoughts about the Jews within the Nazi party. The official stance was that the Jews were a sort of subrace of humans (not really quite human) and should thus not be bred with. The Jews were supposedly getting rich off of the Germans by practicing usury – the loaning out of money at very high interest rates – kind of like when you borrow $10000 for 2 years and have to pay back $30000 all together. Alfred Rosenberg really did hate the Jews. He had started an Anti-Semitic paper before he ever got involved with Hitler. Hitler wanted to take land from Russia and wanted power. Plain and simple. The Jews were just scape goats for him. A place for Germans to focus their anger and frustration at being homeless, unemployed, and having to pay 1 million Reichmarks for 1 loaf of bread!
